      Hey Casey
I noticed you’re a fan of separation studio so I wanted to tell you about a different way to separate. It’s the “Hue,saturation and brightness” method and a good video can be found here:
      http://www.advancedtshirts.com/tutorials/simpleseps-smartrip-4/categories/simplesesp-smart-rip-4/277/introduction-to-simpleseps-smartrip-40.html
I just recently acquired this program and it’s really cool using the interlocking halftones which turns out much better than the flamenco method used everywhere else.
      This next video:
      http://www.advancedtshirts.com/tutorials/simpleseps-raster-tutorials/categories/simpleseps-raster/271/high-end-design-and-separation-with-2-colors.html
Really shows you the power of “overprinting”

Thought you might be interested even though I realize you’re an illustrator fan

CorelDraw always gives me anxiety just by looking at it but this looks a lot better than SeparationStudio and a hell of a lot cheaper. I’ve actually seen a few of AdvancedShirts videos on Youtube and they always blow me away with what they do in CorelDraw.

I’m definitely gonna see if I can get my hands on this plugin. That looked really easy to use. My old shop runs Corel on one of their art department computers and I’ll see if they’ll let me play with it.

        Thanks for sharing Lee!!

Hey @parrot, where did you see the video, I may be needing it for my reference. Once everything is setup for me, maybe time to start my business printing. Currently I am just promoting my business even it is not yet started, I have all printed materials marks and tagged with my business including my business card and envelopes which I currently have it from http://www.digitekprinting.com/envelopes.
